Polsy (პოლსი) is a free Georgian news app that shows political stories from more than one side. It groups coverage of the same event from establishment-aligned and opposition-aligned Georgian outlets, checks the claims against available evidence, and gives each story a Polimeter score from 0 to 100 showing how strongly the evidence supports it. Sources, missing context, and contradictions stay visible so readers can check the reasoning themselves. Polsy can be installed on a phone and used like an app.

The Polimeter is a 0–100 score describing how strongly the available evidence supports a story at the time it is checked. It combines three separate judgements: whether the event actually happened, how accurately the headline and summary describe it, and whether essential context is present. It does not measure whether Polsy agrees with a political side.

No. Polsy applies the same standard to every outlet and assesses the content and the evidence rather than the publisher. Coverage from government-aligned and from opposition or independent media is neither credited nor penalised for its alignment.

Polsy follows 11 Georgian sources: seven establishment-aligned (Imedi TV, 1TV/GPB, POSTV, Parliament of Georgia, Police.ge, InterPressNews, Newposts) and four opposition-aligned or independent (Formula, Publika, Netgazeti, Civil.ge).

Paste a public article URL, or upload a screenshot of a Georgian news article or news post. Polsy reads it, compares it with current coverage, and builds the same full analysis that feed stories get — Polimeter score, evidence, and sources. Generated analyses are kept in Favorites for 24 hours. The feature runs in the installed app on a phone or tablet, with up to three analyses per day.

Political Cynicism is an optional setting that changes how PI writes. It is a separate mode that does not affect normal mode, and it holds no political side to a different standard. Facts, sources, and Polimeter scores stay unchanged — only the wording differs.
